Location very convenient, close to the old city and EU institutions. Breakfast fine, enough choices.

Room quite small, but it was ok if the lavatory was not placed in the room, which is not OK. Bathroom (i.e. toilet and shower) very small, with poor ventilation. Bathroom has just a sliding glass door, that don't close enough good and on top it has a hole in the middle instead a handler, so the person in the room has a good understanding of what happens in the bathroom ... On the corridor there are some small windows that weren't cleaned (on the outer side) since years, very dirty. Ladies in the reception were fine and politely but clearly not enthusiasted by their job.

Great stay! Lobby facilities - excellent. Room - great.

We selected this hotel specifically for the Sky Bar; however, we were disappointed to find it consistently closed on that day of the week (Sundays I think) —a restriction not disclosed on booking platforms, Google, or the hotel website. When we attempted to visit the on-site restaurant as an alternative, we were refused entry and told it was fully booked, despite clearly observing that the venue was half-empty at 9:00 PM. The restaurant staff was also very rude. While I have consistently enjoyed high standards at other AC Hotels, the management at this specific location fell well below expectations.
