Tram in front of the hotel brings you straight to Strasbourg. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Comfortable rooms.
It’s a bit a labyrinth, but once you know where to go, all fine. I did not like the carpet in a hotel, however despite having carpet everywhere, it did not cause allergies. No vanity kit nor tissues in the room, so bring your own.

Location is very convenient, a short walk to the Tram station that takes you to the city center in 25 minutes.
Room was spacious enough for us - a couple with a 12 y/o.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
WiFi was relatievly poor and with many disconnections.
Hot water supply in the shower could have been better.
