This magnificent villa is situated in Pistoia- the European city of culture, halfway between Lucca, Pisa and Florence. Located away from the town centre, it is nestled amidst greenery and quietude offering tranquility away from the hustle, making it ideal for couples or families. It is a semi-detached house part of a carefully restored villa and perfectly blends its antique structure, decorated with modern and rustic furniture. Situated on the ground floor, it features four spacious bedrooms, a large living room and two kitchens, making it a comfortable stay for a group of 8.
As you enter, the gate opens onto a courtyard equipped with a barbecue and patio for pleasant outdoor dining with splendid views of the mountains. A delightful barn offers a dining room. On the other side is a beautifully maintained garden, equipped with sun loungers for you to have pleasant moments of relaxation. Inside, you will find a vibrant living room furnished with sofas and a table, leading onto a bright and comfortable dining room. On the left of the entrance is a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker hob, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a toaster, an oven and a fridge with a freezer at your disposal. A fireplace in the kitchen, a separate dining table and a sofa make it even more characteristic.
