Apartment strategically located in the very central Via Lamberti, a few steps from the Duomo and at the back of the church of Orsammichele.
Located on the fourth floor of a typical Florentine building, the apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, an equipped kitchenette and a dining area.
It can accommodate up to two guests.
Air conditioning present only in the kitchen and hallway.
The building has a small elevator.

It can accommodate up to two guests.
One room has a double bed that can be divided into two single beds upon request.
Air conditioning present only in the kitchen area and in the hallway; washing machine and Wifi connection available to guests.
One set of towels and bed linen provided to each guest.
The building has a small elevator; you need to walk a flight of stairs to reach the elevator.
Conveniently located within easy walking distance of major tourist attractions. It is located within a lively and dynamic district of the historic center.
It is located in a pedestrian zone, which is not accessible by car; it is recommended to park in a private garage nearby.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

This place was amazing all the way around I had no complaints whatsoever and would definitely come back again. It was clean, had all the necessary amenities, in the centre of everything and Alessandro who will set you up at the apartment was amazing!!!! He showed so much care and was very accommodating as was Francesca (Istay staff) they were very helpful and professional.
