The villa’s very close proximity to the sea is a major advantage.
The internet worked well throughout the stay.
The host is very welcoming, open, and helpful — very pleasant people.
The yard needs more care; it would be nicer if it were better maintained with flowers and well-kept trees for a pleasant visual appearance.
The bathroom on the first floor is inconvenient because water reaches the toilet area when showering.
The kitchen could use more modern dishes for added comfort.
The atmosphere on the second floor is gloomier, and the furniture seems old.
The bed in one of the bedrooms squeaks.
The bathroom door is damaged and doesn’t close properly.
When the bedroom door with the air conditioner is closed, the other rooms become very warm.
There is loud noise coming from the EL GRECO area until around midnight to 1 AM.

I will start with the fantastic hosts and their kind welcome and waiting for us to arrive until almost 11 PM. The location is fantastic - you have a sea view from your spacious terrace and you see the sunrise in the morning. Its a quiet area although there is a restaurant across the street (5 eters away), where you can have your breakfast and dinner. The sea is only a minute away... walking distance!
