Energia pozitiva a apartamentului.
Gradina si linistea din zona.
Plaja este la 5 minute de mers pe jos. Pot fi folosite cele 2 scaune pliabile si umbrela puse la dispozitie.
Tavernele sun la 14 minute de mers pe jos.
Apartamentul este la demisol (aspect care nu reiese din descrierea de pe Booking).
Cele 2 camere nu sunt separate de o usa, sunt open space.
Dupa utilizarea apei, canalizarea produce un zgomot ciudat pentru o scurta perioada (deranjant mai ales pe timpul noptii).

Boravak u apartmanu je bio izuzetno prijatan. Prostor je moderno uređen, funkcionalan i veoma čist. Domaćini su pokazali izuzetnu profesionalnost i gostoprimstvo, uz toplu dobrodošlicu i spremnost da pomognu u svakom trenutku. The location is very nice, quiet. Just on the outskirts of Nea Moudania. 3 mins walk to the beach. The decor is modern minimalist. Inside it is very cool even during the hot summer, without turning on the air conditioning. The outside area is nice green, well maintained. We loved that we were greeted by the owner, explained all the details about the facility. The offered ready chilled water and wine was welcomed, as well as the coffee/milk and the Bread and Cheese/Ham. It is nice to be able to grab some bites after a long trip. The second day freshly picked fruit basket was a god given bonus. All the different fruits were very sweet, and they were picked from their own garden. The owners are very welcoming. The area and the apartment is calm and relaxed. Parking is available on the street outside the house. The street is a side street, with almost no traffic. The lush olive tree plants around the house provide a nice smell and freshness. Another bonus was the offering of an SUP on the house, which we could utilize on a daily basis. There are 2 towns close, 2 minutes and 4 minutes drive, or 10 minutes, 25 minutes walk on the beach which can provide the necessary evening entertainment. Everything was as expected from the pictures. The outside are could be utilized during noon time. There was proper shading from an olive tree and from a big sun-umbrella. The beach next to it is a natural beach with sand and small rocks. And almost no people on it. There is a water sports area at 100m and at 500m away in both direction you have busy areas with sunbeds/umbrellas and beach bars. So if you like crowded places or you like relaxed/no crowed beaches you can have them both here. The beach is a Blue Flag beach. The water is shallow for like 20 meters, than there is a 2-4 meter deeper area and then again shallow blue/green water. You can find rocky areas as well where you can search for crabs, fish, sea cucumber and sea urchins.
Nothing much to say. Outside there were mosquitos, but you get a mosquito killer machine included with the renting. We were missing a cutter board from the kitchen, but was easily solved, as Lidl and Jumbo are at 3 minutes drive.

It was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful, clean well equipped apartment with a wonderful garden, close to the sea and very kind hosts. It is perfect for a relaxing family vacation!
