The apartment was brand new and super clean.
The sounds of the cars outside, since the apartment is located near the road. However the propery owner made sure to make the noise less (with glass fence and good terace doors).

Unkomplizierter, netter Kontakt während des gesamten Aufenthaltes. Unser Gastgeber war bei Fragen, auch Restaurant-Empfehlungen, immer ansprechbar. Ferienwohnung sehr geräumig und sauber, alles vorhanden.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment by the sea! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring all of Halkidiki – it's centrally situated, making day trips very easy. Nea Moudania and Nikiti are just short drive away, if you like evening walks or shopping. A few markets are nearby, so you can have fresh groceries every day
The apartment itself is fantastically equipped and very comfortable, with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. We especially appreciated the washing machine, which was very convenient during our stay.
The beach is just a 5-minute walk away – sandy, peaceful, and never crowded. It was ideal for our family.
A big thank you to our host, Michalis, who was incredibly kind and always available for anything we needed. This is a perfect spot for a quiet, family-friendly holiday, and we would love to come back!
I would not recommend it for travelers without a car, as getting around would be difficult.
