This ADU, with its own private yard with entrance to the casita through wide French doors, has an inviting, spacious kitchen/living area. The separate bedroom has ensuite bath and w/d closet. Coastal living at its finest!
This separate Casita is at the back of a residential home, with separate entrance, separate yard; completely detached from the main house (with a garage in between. The patio has a nice outdoor seating area, gas bbq grill, and even a herb garden. Surrounded by succulents, it's a quiet area just off the casita French doors.
The open living/dining area features a comfortable couch, accent chair and coffee table. The dining area has a stainless work table with stools. The kitchen has numerous cabinets and storage space as well as apt sized appliances. All new, the area is a work of art with pops of color and unique art pieces.
