About this apartment rental
Your home away from home in Morro Bay with 1 bedroom is the bottom level of my two story house. Sectioned off with your own private entrance and parking. This gorgeous apartment features a cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedroom boasts a tremendous California king bed for a restful night's sleep. Enjoy the quaint bathroom amenities provided, including a heat lamp. Stay connected with WiFi and stay warm with two space heaters during your stay. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Since this is my home I ask for complete respect including noise level: this is not equivalent to a motel room where you can party or stay up all night; I have strict quiet hours for us that begin at 10 pm until 7 am. Please no smoking if any kind not even in the yard. You might see my two cats walking around. They are the ambassadors and love to greet guests :-) This apartment has been listed on another vacation rental company for almost ten years.

Loved this cozy space. Enjoyed morning coffee in the Adirondack chair. Loved there was a hammock…wished our timing would’ve allowed a nap there! Only thing that would have made it better was if bicycle flat had been repaired before we arrived. It’s fixed now so both bikes are ready for next guests!!

Karen was a great host and we so enjoyed our stay on her property. Property had a great location just a few blocks from the beach, restaurants near by, and in a very cute and safe neighborhood. Perfect spot to stay with my partner as we celebrated our anniversary.

My partner and I came to the Central Coast to go mountain biking. We're always looking for non-hotel places to stay. This rental was cozy and comfortable. The hammock in the sun was such a nice touch, if I had more time, I would have napped in it :)
