    Despite saying the hotel is renovated I don’t think the room we had was . I also don’t think this is 3,5 stars . There is a lot of small details missing to account for this . No beach towels and no lounges at the beach. No hooks in the bathroom for towels while you shower. Ants around, there is a lot gaps between the door and the outdoors so despite having mosquito net in the windows this doesn’t do much . The room is big but it has seen better days . There is no room clean unless you ask at reception. They give you water ; there is just instant coffee in the room . No breakfast included . The location is good in general it’s fine but there is the little extra touches that would me it more of the resort

    beautiful place in a stunning area of Koh Tao. The room was big, clean, and well-kept. Loved that they offer a transfer to bring you to the room, complete with a friendly dog as company. Close to the sea walk, which is a big plus. The only thing I'd improve is the lighting in the room, a bit dim for my taste. Other than that, totally worth it.

    We stayed in the delux villa and for a 3 star resort it was disappointing . Postives : 1. Location is great next to the beach 2. Nice staff 3. Big room 4.comfortable and huge bed Negatives : 1. It can be loud due to the location , close to the walking street so plenty of bars . If you like a quite place than I wouldn’t necessary stay there 2. We were under the impression the resort was renovated as it states on the booking but the room we got wasn’t- and there was no info about that 3. For a villa room there was no hangers at all, no where to hand dressed or clothes - actually there was no wardrobe at all 4. No hooks in the bathroom at all to hand a towel or your clothes while you shower 5. There was soap and shampoo dispenser but no labels so you didn’t know which one is which 6. Says there is tea and coffee in the room but there was just instant coffee the 3 in 1 . 7. We stayed 3 nights during that time nothing got replenished or the room wasn’t cleaned - which for us is fine but usually if we don’t have the room clean the staff at least leaves extra water , coffee/tea or clean towels on the porch 8. No beach towels and since it was a beach from resort we thought there would be some seats on the beach with umbrellas but there was non 9. We had ants in the room 10. We didn’t see anywhere any place to clean your feet from the sand before entering the room or any place around at all which meant we often carried sand into the room Overall the place has a really good potential and we had a pleasant stay but I wouldn’t consider it as a 3star resort for this price . It lucks quite a lot of details that makes it a nice resort .
