We had a fantastic stay at Villa 225 in Bracciano, Emilia Romagna. The house is quirky, full of character, and set in truly stunning surroundings. It had everything we needed and more.
Francesca was the perfect host – welcoming, thoughtful, and always happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble. The beds were very comfortable, and thanks to the peace and quiet, we all slept incredibly well. A lovely surprise on arrival was finding tea, coffee, and cakes waiting for us. We also really appreciated the generous supply of essentials such as toilet rolls, shower gel, and cleaning products, which lasted throughout our stay.
The view from the back of the house was magnificent, with rolling hills and pastures in shades of green and brown stretching out before us.
There are two excellent restaurants within walking distance – one about ten minutes away and the other around twenty. Our favourites included Da Nonna Rina in Bertinoro and La Capannina in Longiano, both serving fantastic meals in welcoming settings.
We also recommend visiting Longiano Castle, and if you’re lucky, you might catch the antique market held there twice a month.
We cannot wait to return and share this wonderful place with friends and family.
We loved everything about it.

Le logement est top et nous ne nous attendions pas à autant de confort vu le prix qui était proposé. Ce fut un séjour très agréable.
Un bémol sur l'accès à la terrasse coté vue car nous n'avons pas compris si nous pouvions l'utiliser.
Les photos de l'annonce ne mettent pas en valeur la maison. Elle mériteraient d'être mieux cadrées.

La vue est vraiment merveilleuse. Les espaces intérieurs la décoration le confort des lits. C est une maison qui a beaucoup de charme et qui va me manquer. On s y sent bien. À côté d un village adorable avec un très bon glacier. Une belle église des collines avec des oliviers des cyprès et des vignes. Une belle campagne. La mer pas trop loin ravenne et ses mosaïques et on recommande le restaurant de pâtes brodo à cesena un délice.
