The best part of the property was definitely the hospitality of the host. She was an incredibly sweet woman who welcomed us with genuine warmth. She had prepared small but very meaningful surprises — homemade mini jams, sweet treats, and thoughtful touches that made us feel special. Our room was very clean, and the location was very close to Komi Beach. It was quiet, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax. Out of the three places I stayed in Chios, this was by far the best and the most special.
Everything was so wonderful that I found myself wishing I had spent my entire vacation here. There was internet access, but honestly, the place was so peaceful and enjoyable that I wanted to disconnect from the digital world completely. Everything was close to perfect.

Ben böyle bir tesis deneyimi tatmadım. Gerçekten de beklentilerimin çok üzerindeydi. Ev sahibesi Maria ve kızları Ioanna bizi çok sıcakkanlı karşıladılar. Eve vardığımızda bizleri küçük ikramlar bekliyordu. Maria nın kendi elleriyle yaptığı kekler, kurabiyeler ve ufak hediyeliklerle çok güzel bir jest yaptılar. Maria hiç ingilizce bilmediğinden kızına bizlerin bilgilendirilme yapılması için her konuda uyardı. Bize komi de nerelere gitmemiz gerektiğine veya nerede yemek yenilebileceğine kadar bilgilendirme içeren broşürler hazırlamışlar. Gerçekten çok ince düşüncelerle mest oluyorsunuz. Kaldığımız 2 gün boyunca arka bahçelerinde yetiştirdikleri taze ve organik ürünleri bizlerle de paylaştılar. Sanki anne babanızın yazlığında alt katında kalıyorsunuz hissiyatı ile hiç yabancılık çekmedik. Maria' nın güzel beyaz bıyıklı kocası da hiç ingilizce bilmemesine rağmen her gördüğünde hep güleryüzünü bize gösterdi. Özellikle misafirperverlikleri ve evde yaşamaya dair ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şeyin bulunması ve sakızın en güzel plajlarından biri olan komi plajına yürüme mesafesinde konumu eğer sadece gezme değil deniz tatili yapacaksanız size yeterli gelecektir. Küçük çocukları olan misafirler için bahçede . Buraya tekrar gelmeyi çok isteriz. Burası denemeye değer tavsiye ederim.
Sakız limanına uzaklığı ve arabanız olmadan ulaşım sıkıntısı çekmeniz dışında herhangi bir sıkıntısı yok. Sadece evdeki mobilyalar biraz eskimiş ve banyosu biraz bakım görebilirdi.
