Location excellent
The breakfast wasn’t great - everything ran out and this poor lady in the mobile kitchen was rushing around - I think they need to really look at that

family size room on 3rd floor nicely refurbished and spacious

No TV in room as advertised

Everything was so clean, the property is in front of the lake, means peaceful.

The location of the hotel was good and there were ample parking spaces.
Advertised as a deluxe room but it did not feel deluxe. Our room felt quite small, the shower was almost hanging off the wall, we didn’t have any shower gel in the pump and then given the big bottle they use to refill. We also had no soap to wash our hands.
Bar service was very slow.
