Good size and very clean room right on the banks of the Thames Breakfast was good with decent hot food and the chance to order eggs as wanted.
Evening meal was nice.
The staff were very friendly and helpful,
Bear in mind that as the hotel has not been reopened for long there is till some maintenance going on but at acceptable times.
Menu for the evening food was limited and not very inspiring although it was well cooked and presented.

The hotel was lovely and clean
The breakfast was cold every morning the bacon was like leather people were complaining that there was no high chairs for little ones this was not a good hotel for disabled no lift only stairs, our toilet was in wrong place see picture

Room was excellent however the sofa bed had not been provided with bedding.
Hotel seemed to be short on staff although those who were on duty were very courteous and professional. Breakfast was slightly chaotic as only one staff member to serve, direct guests and man the front desk

No lift.
Soap bottles empty in bathroom
Shower heads completely blocked, only water coming out of about 6 nozzles the show head had about 30 nozzles
Floor under dining tables were not clean, there was residue of previous meals on floor
