We were allowed to Park the car before check in which was perfect for us as we had a lunch booking at The Fat Duck in Bray.

Didn’t like the fact that the a/c stopped working at night possibly due to another guest removing the fuse as they didn’t want the unit on. (Hottest day so far..) Hotel staff offered us a fan luckily. The a/c did turn back on at some point in the night. The hotel more than compensated us by offering a free breakfast as it wasn’t included in our rate.

Location was lovely on the Thames. The air conditioning was a bonus given the holiday weekend heat wave. Waterfront bar / lounge was very pleasant.
Lots of stairs made it a bit of a challenge to carry our bags. Access to the property with a vehicle was a bit awkward.

Nice location on the river. Room had been updated and we had a nice view.
Bathroom was cold and damp. Corridors were narrow and lots of stairs to find the room. Restaurant was freezing cold and they were putting out fan heaters but still cold.
