Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec les restaurants .quartier calme. Appartement très propre. Le propriétaire très sympathique et disponible à répondre aux questions. Propreté impeccable. Appartement spacieux. Nous avons passé un agréable Noël.
Honnêtement il n'y avait rien de négatif pour nous.

The building and car park was secured and safe.
It was approx 15 mins walk for the main old town part of Rouen which was fine for us, and easy to do.
It was a good sized apartment with plenty of living space for our group of 6 adults, 3 couples.
And having two bathrooms with the two toilets also separate was a good set up.
Kitchen has everything needed.
The owner was very communicative and gave all details needed, and also allowed us a slightly earlier check in. Very helpful communications.
Like all cities, some areas are more picturesque than others. This was a little further from the pretty part of the city - but the price reflected that so cannot complain - central would have been more expensive.
One of the beds probably due a new mattress (the double on the ground floor) but others were comfortable.
But these were minor points overall, and would recommend.

l'espace et l'agencement de l'appartement, l'accueil avec des petites attentions
l'accès au parking est très délicat, c'est un point négatif si on a un gros véhicule, je n'étais pas préparé ! Sinon pas de souci puisqu'il y a deux places lorsqu' on y est.
