Very nice appartment located just in 5 minutes walking to the beach. Two balconies. No problem with parking. Nice and pleasent neighbours. One of the balconies has a view to a small garden. No problems with internet. Apartment almost all you need to feel like at home.
No conditioner. Have some ventilation system. It is not a big problem as there are not so many of hot days. But I was not lucky and when I was there, there were a few really hot days.
