Les Cocons - 8 appartements à 100m du Vieux Port

Very spacious, comfortable and clean apartment with everything you may need. We really felt at home ! It was central yet very quiet. Bang in the middle of the Vieux-Port with shop, cafés and public transport at our door which let's you explore at ease. We had an apartment on the very last floor next to other 2 apartments. It came with towels but also enough things like shower gel, washing-up liquid, laundry tablets, tea and coffee... You are asked to leave the apartment in a clean state which to me makes sense. It is easy to do when given the tools to do so, the bins are litterally outside the building.

It is difficult to fault anything because we had a lovely 7 night stay. It took some time to get an answer concerning where to find the shared washing machine. Turns out that there is an entire other floor with apartments to which we didn't have access of course That's where the machine is. The team did their best to get back to me within 24h, thanks to them and all was well. The elevetor also wasn't functioning on our last day. Going up 6 flights of stairs was a great way to digest our last meal and down the 6 flights of stairs with luggage a bit tough at 5h30 am 😁 I hope it gets fixed soon for the following travellers.

The shower room, which was an enclosed room, had a damp smell which wasn't too pleasant. There was no where to hang the damp towels (no hooks) which possibly didn't help.

Location is perfect. We were very nicely received and got some good advice of restaurants. Cosy place.

The bed was a little bit hard.

Location is great. Room was nicely decorated. Lift available.

Place was not clean properly. There was no place to put the soap in the shower and there were barely no toiletries left. Bathroom needed cleaning. There was a glass with dirty water left on the fireplace mantle upon our arrival. We had to buy trash bags, bath soap, and toilet paper. Only one little trash can in the bathroom and one little one in the kitchen. Manager was over 30 minutes late for check in and greeting.
