L'odeur au bas de l'immeuble (odeur d'urine) à l'entrée ; à l extérieur de l appartement. Aucune odeur dans l'appartement.

L emplacement de l appartement au Vieux port et la taille de l appartement.
La cage d escalier n etait pas propre et il y avait une odeur horrible. Dans l appartement une odeur desagreable qui venait de la cour interieure. Les photos etaient trompeuses. L etat de l appartement est vieillissant. Il aurait besoin de travaux de rafraichissement. De plus il manquait des fournitures tel qu une nappe pour proteger la table, un dessous de plat, un plateau ...
