We offer you this magnificent brand new and bright flat of 67 m² which combines an afro-chic and modern style located in the heart of the city of Rouen. It has a capacity of five people in two bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobes. As an additional sleeping solution, the living room has a single sofa bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower column for relaxing moments and a washbasin as well, the toilet is separate from it.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook like at home. There is an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle, a fridge, a washing machine and plenty of storage space for your groceries. The living room has a lounge and dining table with a television. You also have access to a balcony with outdoor furniture to get some fresh air or simply enjoy the scenery.
Linen is provided (sheets, towels, kitchen towels, etc.), and the bedding is of high quality. The accommodation has unlimited broadband internet access.

The property was nicely situated and good inside.
However, we found difficulty paying. The Property Managers only sent us payment details on the day we were checking in, and our mobile devices wouldn't let us pay over data (in the middle of the Channel!). Their Paypal system wasn't working, and so after hours of trying and messages going back and forth we managed to do it by direct bank transfer in the car as we drove to the property but it wasn't easy.
It was also very difficult to get into the property itself, with numerous codes at different stages & doors.
Once we were in all was good, apart from a broken sofa and a few minor issues.
We still haven't received our breakages deposit though.
