Le Duplex Rouen Cocooning Rouen Centre Parking

Appartement mignon et bien agencé, en plein centre ville de Rouen. Il a toutes les commodités avec quelques kits de bienvenue pour bien entrenir les lieux. Les informations fournies par l'hôte sont claires. Le logement était très propre, les lits confortables, l'immeuble silencieux (il ne donne pas sur la rue, il est au fond d'une cour) et bien entretenu. Apparemment le café était bon ! Nous étions 4 et il était amplement satisfaisant pour une nuit. Sympa pour se reposer et découvrir Rouen.

L'appartement est mansardé (surtout la salle de bain), c'est bon à savoir pour les personnes grandes. Un peu limité au niveau de l'eau chaude. Il est bien pour 4, un peu juste pour 5.

L’appartement est très propre, le bâtiment est très calme et très sécurisé.

Rien du tout franchement c’était Nickel.

The listing involves parking - however, on the day we were informed parking place is broken and we cannot use it and we needed to spend extra 15 euros plus walk with luggage for a while as it was busy bank holidays. The key app was not working and we needed to contact host - fortunately, he was responsive. Place is really not adjusted for anyone bigger than a child - you hit your head constantly and cannot stretch. You have to sit down in the bath as ceiling is so low. Hot water is not enough for one person, let alone three. Fan heater in the bathroom isn’t working, toilet downstairs wasn’t flushing properly until properly screwed and it’s not safe - there is a gigantic hole in the ceiling (picture attached), and the door is not even a door but some sort of cardboard situation.
