Great place for a stay over while in transit or visiting Rouen. Receptionist Mustafa, spoke perfect English and the customer service skills were amazing. Parking is a bit tricky as you have to park in L’Eclerc around the corner, check in , then you get the keys from apartment and the fob for the garage. Headed made it go so smoothly for us.

Location is nice. 1 bedroom Apartment is perfectly fine for a family.
Car Navigation shows this destination slightly ahead (50-100 meter).
Then you need to walk back to find the Main Entrance. Private CAR parking is also slightly on the side of the building so instructions to reach the property, car parking can be improved. (perhaps by attaching images in booking confirmation).

Équipement ne correspondait pas pour accueillir 4 personnes.
Pas de lampes de chevet dans chambre il fallait se lever pour allumer ou éteindre.
WC très entartré pas bonne impression de propreté .

Die Lage war für ein stadtausflug echt gut. In 15 Minuten war man in der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer hatten aussenrolläden und man konnte gut dunkel machen. Die Zimmer hatten eine schöne Größe. Parkplatz war im Keller. Check in war problemlos
Der Eingang ist nicht zu finden. Außerdem war die Sauberkeit des Zimmer grenzwertig. Genauso ist das Schlafsofa für die 3. Person nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Küche kann besser ausgestattet werden. Es roch im Gebäude seltsam.
