Great location walking distance to the Grand Massif Express lift.
The swimming pool was too cold. I have seen the properties response that it is due to sustainability reasons but it doesn’t make sense to have a pool that isn’t comfortable for its users regardless of the energy used to heat it.

This is our second time and the staff were lovely and welcoming and even upgraded us to a bigger apartment which was a nice welcome. The welcome snacked after the slopes went down a treat with the kids and we really enjoyed our second stay and will keep coming back. Thank you to all the team.
There was a crepe van when we arrived but unfortunately it disappeared after one day as we thought it was going to be there daily! Other than that no negatives.

We stayed for 11 nights in a two-bedroom apartment, which was perfect for our family of four. It would feel quite cramped with six people, but for us it was just right.
The apartment itself is modern, lovely, and very well equipped. The bath and showers were excellent with consistently warm water, which was much appreciated after long days out.
Our kids absolutely loved the kids club—the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. While they were there, we really enjoyed making the most of the pool, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. It was such a treat after a day on the slopes.
The daily afternoon tea was also a really nice touch and something we looked forward to each day.
The location worked perfectly for us. We rented ski equipment from a shop very close to the main gondola and were able to store everything there. This meant we only had a 5-minute walk in our trainers each day, which made a huge difference. It might not sound like much, but with young children, carrying ski equipment back and forth can quickly feel like a marathon.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return—either to this residence or to other MMV properties.
We were hoping to upgrade to a three-bedroom apartment during our stay, but unfortunately the process via Booking.com made this extremely expensive. The price we were quoted to upgrade was significantly higher than the rate shown on Booking.com for the exact same room—by around €1,000.
I understand that cancellations may be non-refundable, but upgrading an existing booking should be more straightforward and reasonably priced. Had there been availability directly through MMV, we would have preferred to book with them instead, but this wasn’t an option at the time.
It would be great to see a more flexible, fair and transparent approach to upgrades in the future.
