This property is excellent.
Boot room. Literally 15 steps from boot room to clipping on skis.
Lift access. Choice of 3 lifts, easily accessible from the hotel.
Food. Buffet style, plenty of choice, excellent quality.
Room. Well laid out & particularly liked that the bathroom & toilet were separate, making things very practical. Great view from the balcony.
Staff. Superb. Everyone we interacted with were friendly, attentive & helpful. Whoever does the hiring does a very good job!
Being picky!!
For a hotel that is mainly used as a ski hotel, it is unusual these days not to have heated boot warmers as a standard offering.
Boot & ski hire. We hired from the Totem Ski shop in the lobby of the hotel. Good quality equipment & price was on par with other ski shops. Christoff was very helpful.
If you are looking at Flaine as an option, book this hotel.
