Communication with host fine, easy access - great parking off street. Open floor plan - plenty of space, nice having each room with a bathroom. plenty of typical kitchen dishes, utensils but if you were planning to make a large meal you may find it lacking. We would stay again.

Great location for Rose Bowl events. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of space for our larger group. Tim was an excellent host. Thanks for a great experience.
