About this house rental
Newly remodeled house walking distance to Rose Parade, Old Town (Downtown) Pasadena, Rose Bowl, Norton Simon, Gold Line metro station (all walking distance). Close to Convention Center, Caltech, PCC, Parsons. You’ll love my place because of the great location and close proximity to everything Pasadena has to offer. We can accommodate 6 people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and groups, and comes with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Gated driveway can fit 2 vehicles.

We booked initially in Pasadena from ABB for a week starting 12/27. On 12/26, less than 24 hours before check in, our host cancelled saying there was a water leak. The same property was then reposted for twice the money. ABB was essentially no help. We found this house being available on 12/30.Though the price was significantly higher than what we were initially paying, it was a save for my family. The house itself is clean and comfortable.

We stayed at the property to attend a football game at the Rose Bowl. While the house is not large and does not have a garage or much outdoor space, we greatly enjoyed our stay. Great llocation, easy walking distance to a wonderful supermarket, very close to downtown Pasadena and the Rose Bowl. Owner was excellent. We would definitely stay there again!
