About this house rental
Be mesmerized by our newly remodeled aesthetic and classy home. Each furniture, motifs and home details are exclusively designed by yours truly.
**Please be advised that home is next to freeway**
We take cleaning seriously. We wash all beddings, mop the floor and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out.

*Please make sure to indicate the correct number of guests when booking
*Additional guest fees of $20 per guest, per night (after the 1st guest)
LATE CHECK OUT
*Sorry but we don't allow late checkouts.
*If you exceed, you will be charged $100 for the first 15 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $100.
PARTIES NOT ALLOWED
*Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am.
*Strictly no drugs allowed.
*No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside.)
ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Kindly turn off the AC or heater before leaving our home.
- We have motion detector cameras outside for security reasons. There will be no cameras inside to protect your privacy.
- Cable TV is not available.
- You have to login to your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO, etc.
- $200 will be fined if we find out that you have violated ANY and EACH of our House Rules

Very clean. Beds were comfortable and once inside we didn't hear the freeway. Near several places we like to visit.

Freeway goes right by and also there was construction going on across the street. The kitchen is very nice but minimally outfitted. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. Overall a good spot in a good central location.

Very spacious home. Good location to Rose Bowl and Old Town. AC works well. TVs all over the house. Comfy beds.
But,
- Strange motion sensor for master bath that is on the outside of the bathroom and turns on every time there is motion in the room. Can't turn on or off from inside the bathroom. Light will go out while showering. Really strange.
- Couch is super small and uncomfortable
- Some ants
- Somebody accessed the property while we were there. Owner says he is unaware. Not cool.
