A very nice and spacious apartment in a beautiful house, located in a quiet suburban neighborhood. A huge and very tastefully furnished living room, a well-equipped spacious kitchen. 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + 1 separate toilet with a sink. A study with a desk and an electric piano. Air conditioning in every room.
The beautiful towns of Umbria are easily accessible, and the highway on-ramp is quite close to the apartment. We spent a very nice week in this wonderful apartment.

If you are looking for a fabulous apartment in Perugia, this is the one. The apartment is beautiful—very well decorated, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The bed linens are of high quality, and the shower is wonderful. You can really see the care and attention of the staff in every detail. Michela was always helpful and recommended some excellent places to eat.
The apartment is also in an excellent location for exploring Umbria by car. It is situated in a quiet area, just a few minutes’ drive from the historic center. We simply loved it! Thank you, Michela, for everything!
