About this docked boat rental
The apartment is very quiet, suitable for families with children, and it’s close to the most beautiful cities of Tuscany.
You will enjoy a spectacular view of “vall di merse”
The apartment is a separate house close to wood and surrounded by the green Chiusdino countryside! m’s perfect for hikers!
At just 200 m from the house there’s Chiusdino village and at 5 km you’ll see the beautiful san galgano abbey.
You’ll find at your disposal a big garden with table, chairs and a barbecue to have dinner outside.
Moreover there’s a swimming pool with plenty of chairs and armchairs to relax soaking up the sun.
Parking place is straight outside the building.
In the house there’s a first entrance, a big room with fireplace, two bedrooms with plenty of blankets, two bathrooms with showers and plenty of towels and bathrobes and a big room-composed by a living room and a kitchen- with a double bed-
The comfortable fitchen is fully equipped with dishes, fridge, oven, toast machine and espresso machine.
In the living room you will find at your disposal tv-sat. with dvd and stereo.
In the surrounding of the house there are: a lake and a river for fishing, hiking roads. Wonderful villas once belonging to the medici family, abbey, farms, emotioning views and it’s near to Florence, san galgano, siena and the seaside.

It was an interesting experience. Our host was very friendly and showed us all of the facilities.
However the house seems to be split into 3, two for paying guests and one section for the owners (I think). Despite our best efforts we could not seem to get on the right side of the family who didn’t hide the fact we were not really welcome. Made for some tense afternoons by the pool and a pool party that went on until 5am.
The local village folk were very warm and welcoming and overall we had a great time.

This was a great retreat from which we could visit Tuscany cities. The pool was especially welcome and the pizzeria in the town was walking distance and very nice. We loved it .

"We had a wonderful stay at Chiusdino even if it did rain the week we were there. Paolo and Manuela were very friendly and responded to issues very quickly. The village was great. The local abbey and places around Chiusdino were lovely."

"The apartment was very clean and there were all necessary amenities. The spacious terrace with pool was good for sun-bathing and relaxing. We fell in love with the very small Chiusdino town. To move around one definetely needs a car and must take account that the roads are very sinous (so the distances are further than it seems on the map). We had very good holidays, thank you Manuela and Paolo! Ciao!"
