About this house rental
The "olmo" apartment is located on the first floor (above the "leccio" apartment). It has carport and independent entrance, the 2500 sq. M garden is shared with the property owner. The living room has a large kitchen-living room with a table and chairs, sofa bed, various accessories and a living room loft with double bed for 2 people, which is accessed via a wooden oblique staircase. The bathroom has a shower box with comfortable seating in the wall. The double bedroom has a mezzanine loft, which is accessed via a comfortable oblique wood staircase, with 2 single beds. The walls have natural stone views and the attic is in typical Tuscan terracotta tiles that completes the carefully arranged furnishings in the smallest detail. In the two lofts there are roof windows complete with thermoregulatory darkening curtains. The house has air conditioning system. A large 50 sqm terrace with gazebo and sun loungers offers views of the olive grove. Guests have at their disposal, personal barbecue, safe, free wireless internet access, LCD TV with satellite signal receiver receiving clear signal. In use with the other 4 chalets, 100 sqm pool, children's playground, coin-operated washer. Heating or air conditioning included.

The main feature that distinguishes it is the individuality of each villa, with large private spaces for single-family use and independent entrance. It is 4 km from the long sandy beaches, shopping centers and medieval villages rich in culture and typical restaurants. The pool is in use for the customers of the 5 houses. Pets are not accepted.
