The "Leccio" apartment is located on the ground floor. It has an independent entrance and a large fenced 350 m2 garden. The garden is largely shaded. The 70 square meter apartment has natural stone finishes and Tuscan terracotta flooring. Vaulted ceiling of terracotta tiles. It consists of a large kitchen-living room with sliding windows. The kitchen has a top, wall units, table, chairs, double sofa bed, 2 shelving units etci. Bathroom with large shower cubicle. Two stylishly furnished double bedrooms, one with a four-poster bed and the other with a double bed and two single bunk beds. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free wireless internet connection, LCD TV with satellite antenna receiving free-to-air signal. In use with the other 4 villas, the 100 m2 swimming pool, the children's playground.
