We were 2 couples spending a weekend in Healdsburg wine tasting and greatly enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent and close to everything, downtown and wineries. Check in and check out was easy and smooth, communication was great. We had a wonderful time.

All in all it was perfect. Was able to decorate for Christmas and have my how family Christmas morning. Thank Vacasa for an awesome Christmas.

The kitchen was nice and beds were comfortable. The plumbing in the only bathroom was frightening. The pipes groaned LOUDLY when turning on the shower. The Wi-Fi and cable tv went out a couple of times. The hot tub was unusable for us because of the steep stairs and cobwebs, bugs, and even a frog in the tub. Dry Creek Road was busy and noisy at all times of the day/night because of fall harvest. You will want to keep the heavy front gate closed, although that was a physical challenge for this 67 year old, even after maintenance tried to repair it. Good location to town and wineries if you can handle the busy road.
