Lovely roomy comfortable spot for the 4 of us. Very well supplied-linens, kitchenware, spices, kayaks (didn't use).Lovely furnishings, very homey. Modern kitchen, induction stove a pleasure to work with. Great views, hot tub, and deck. Had a relaxing time. Craig was very helpful and communicative. Mellow vibe.

Our favorite get away, on the river and in a beautiful area. We LOVE the sunroom and deck for watching blue herons cruising the river for food, and the deer frolicking in the meadow. Hopefully the view to the river stays open as the brush growing on the banks seems to be getting in the way of that million dollar view. It was much more open if I remember correctly. Nonetheless an excellent and very relaxing adventure.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The house was very comfortable. I would suggest that perhaps a smart TV would be of benefit so that your guests can watch using their apps. Your home was the perfect resting spot for my over crowed mind. Thank you for your hospitality and ability to rest and rethink so many things in my life.

The property is in a lovely location (note due to proximity to coast, there is more fog but also more river than Guernville). Great views, very well equipped kitchen and good facilities for outdoor activities. We appreciated the meadow and jacuzzi. The property was however very dusty with any less obvious surfaces (top of fridge, headboard of bed etc) untouched. We left with sore eyes from the dust. We raised with the owner who was apparently unable to get the cleaners to return to do a proper job. Quite a long list of check out requirements, including washing towels - was somewhat galling in the circumstances. I would not return unless properly cleaned and refurbed (yes, that shower!) but if not dust sensitive it’s a nice rental.
