About this villa rental
The villa 'Ridente - Settignano' is part of a farmhouse located in Florence, 6 km from the city center, and offers you a splendid view of the city and the surrounding hills. It is an ideal destination for a family holiday. The spacious three-story property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and four bathrooms, accommodating up to eight people. The two bedrooms include a master bedroom and a double bed on a mezzanine. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi indoors and outdoors, air conditioning, fan, dedicated workspace for home office, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and two smart TVs with streaming services.
You have access to a private outdoor area with a pool (3 m x 2 m), garden, and barbecue. There is also a loggia and a veranda for outdoor relaxation. The property extends over 5 hectares of private land with an olive grove. Two parking spaces are available, and two more can be provided upon request free of charge. Families with children are welcome. Groups of young people are not allowed, and guests under 25 years old cannot book the property. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 pm. Pets are allowed. The property is equipped with security cameras (currently inactive).
Please leave the kitchen clean and dispose of waste; otherwise, an extra fee may apply. There are fenced parking spaces for motorcycles and bicycles. The house is not suitable for charging electric cars; if needed, this service is available for an extra fee. The property follows recycling rules; more information is provided on site. Please respect recycling rules, dispose of waste correctly, and keep the property clean and tidy.

Lovely property with the most amazing sunsets. The location was perfect for our family to explore the Tuscany Region. Tom was super helpful with our check in process as well as following up to make sure everything was good. Would definitely stay here again thank you

Such a charming home with beautiful views of Florence located just 20mins from the main attractions in Florence. Also, closely accessible (10min walk) to adorable restaurants, bakery and convenience store.
Thomas was a kind and gracious host - very flexible as our flights were cancelled multiple times and our dates shifted at the last minute. Thomas was very accessible and gave us wonderful recommendations for eateries, markets and places we could find the things we need. Thomas even provided a welcome bottle of wine chilled and ready for is after a long day of travel!
We traveled with 3 young children (ages 4-8) who loved the dipping pool during a historic heat wave in Italy.
We had an amazing time and enjoyed this home very much. We will be back very soon!
