The apartment sits in a great location within a very cool, character‑filled building. The full kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the beds were comfortable throughout the stay. Having individual AC units was a big plus, especially for adjusting temperatures room by room. Overall, the space offered a solid mix of comfort and convenience. The layout is worth noting for future guests: the upper‑floor bedroom is open to the lower‑floor bedroom, which limits privacy between those two spaces. Out of the three bedrooms, only one is fully private. This may matter depending on the group’s needs.

The staircase design could be challenging for some guests. The stairs were open‑riser with glass treads that were fully see‑through, which may feel uncomfortable or unsafe for anyone uneasy with heights or transparent steps. It’s a distinctive design choice, but one that’s important to be aware of before booking.

The location is absolute TOP! And the apartment is beautiful - in modern style, clean and comfortable. Easy to find, and with nice little restaurants just in front of the entrance for the building.

Our group had to come one day later from the booking because of the flight availability, but we couldn't get refund of the price for the one night that we've missed. And we were surprised with additional tourist city tax we had to pay and deposit in case of damaging something (which was refunded after our stay). That's why I'm giving 9 out of 10

the stairs!! two flights of very steep stairs - no lift- and no warning they might be a challenge. think a warning should definitely be included in the property overview.
