Clean, close to the bus stop, easy parking in the neighborhood and close to a market and short drive to the airport
Kitchen lacked items to cook a meal with like sharp knives or a frying pan. Would have been nice to have some seasonings in the cabinet. Higher taxes charged at this place per person than in any other stay in Italy -Rome included. 6.50 euro per person This factors into the price and would be nice to know in advance of booking. This however is a problem with all rentals in Italy via Booking.com. You are not told up front what the added per person tax would be.
