Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Haus, das in einer sehr schönen, grünen und sehr ruhigen Gegend von Bologna liegt. Man kann trotzdem die Altstadt in 20 Min. zu Fuß gut erreichen. Es ist eine grüne Oase, die überdachte Terrasse umgegeben von wunderschönen grünen Pflanzen ist herrlich zum Frühstücken, Verweilen. Das Apartment ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (man sieht die Hand eines (Innen-)Architekten in der Einrichtung. Die Ausstattung ist Top! In der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht, sogar einen Stabmixer (!). Alle Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Es gibt drei Badezimmer mit WC (eins im Untergeschoss, inkl. WaMa, Trockner, Bügelbrett). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt und sind auf unsere Bologna-Erkundungstouren erst zu Mittag aufgebrochen, weil wir die wunderbare Terrasse nicht verlassen wollten. Eine absolute Empfehlung, und wenn wir mal wieder in Bologna sind, kommen wir wieder!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Bologna. The space is beautifully designed, very clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with lovely handmade furniture that gives it a unique charm. The large kitchen and living area were perfect for gathering together, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were all very comfortable.
We also really liked the area — it’s quiet part of the city, yet still easy to reach. The garden and terrace were a highlight for us, and we truly fell in love with them.
A special mention to Pietro, who was always responsive and ready to help, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to come back next time we’re in Bologna.

We loved the accommodation for its style - it was a wow . Beds very comfortable . Great bathrooms - as for the outside space .. truly a stylish urban jungle .
Little things .. Oven not connected? But had a hob and microwave . No plug for the kitchen sink . Sofas very tired.
