We had a fantastic time, host was very responsive, game room, tv in all bedrooms. Had a great time with a large family and we did feel cramped at all.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kids loved the game room. We ventured out early in the day for hikes and then back to the house to relax. Overall a wonderful experience and I definitely recommend to other large groups.

Nice location, quiet, private, lovely yard, beautiful pool...however...the house is plenty large, but somewhat run down, lacks expected amenities for the price point. We had 7 adults in 5 bed/5 bath, so a full house for 4 days. Surprised that there were issues: pool heater utterly ineffective, house needs refurbishing (walls & stairs & carpet worn & somewhat stained, uncomfortable & stained furniture), sunroom glass quite dirty overhead. The kitchen is reasonably stocked except that the ratty, scratched Teflon pan set is horrible & possibly dangerous, plastic cutting boards scratched & shedding plastic, measuring utensils lacking. The grill was fine, but wire brush should be replaced with a safe brush. The dishwasher needs a good cleaning, including the filter, it doesn't function as it should. The pool cues are cracked/broken. Deck door handle is loose, needs attention. Bath & pool towels plentiful, toiletries good quality, bedding fine & comfortable. Washer/dryer worked well, detergent pods were appreciated. If occupying for more than a couple of days, bring your own TP & PT, no tissues provided (seriously for this ?). No cell signal due to relatively remote location so the wifi was appreciated, though spotty, some buffering/lag time. Overall, these relatively small issues combined were irritating & it was a disappointment for the amount of money it cost us to hold our family reunion weekend here. Could easily be a great place with attention & maintenance.
