Large bedroom with two queen beds, fourth bedroom (King) including a work desk, third full bathroom, and a game/movie room (queen sleeper sofa) that includes the pool table, darts, arcade games, and board games.
◆All bedrooms contain their own Roku TV and their own entry/exit for deck access.

Upper Deck: Covered, so you can enjoy during all seasons. Grill station and outdoor seating.
Lower Deck: Also covered, so you can enjoy during all seasons. Outdoor seating, hot tub, hook and ring game, and walkable access to the hot-tub and fire-pit with swings.

🐾We are pleased to offer a dog friendly property for our guests but the property owners assume no liability for incidents involving dogs on the property. We do provide a bed and bowls for your furry-friends but please bring your own food.
🐾Backyard is not fenced
🐾Waste bags are provided
🐾Additional cleaning fees will be assessed for excessive cleaning related to dogs in the house and any damages will be taken from the security deposit.
🐾Please include your dog's when making your booking to have the $150 pet fee, for up to 2 dogs, maximum 50 pounds per pet, included in your total.
Of note, there are 2 external cameras on the properties-one is the video doorbell and the second is on the lower deck facing the firepit. These cameras are not monitored live and do record audio and video at times.
►Please monitor quiet hours starting at 10PM-7AM.
►No parties permitted
►No smoking
►Waiver/Security Deposit: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will be given the choice between a paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver ($35USD).

This checked all boxes. The owners went above and beyond with their customer service. They provided everything you could want in a VRBO - down to the coffee pods for the Keurig. The theatre in the basement was so great and the kids loved roasting marshmallows at the outdoor fireplace. Can not say enough good things about this property - we are already looking at renting their sister properties and having a big family weekend together. Thank you for all you did!
