A stellar location near the port of Evdilos! Walkable to town but you do need a car to get around to good beaches. The property has a small chapel next to the pool which is astonishing and moving.
No basics in the small kitchen like paper towels, napkins, hand towels. No microwave. We stayed in Villa #1 and liked it a lot but it's not really a villa but a maisonette. Lower bedroom was not made up at all and that was strange having a bedroom and a bed with no sheets on it.

Although being only a 20min walk it was in an elevated position making it challenging in the heat.
A shuttle vehicle to and from town would have been useful or reliable taxi service.

There is nothing in the facility that one could dislike. Wonderful. Spotlessly clean, with an excellent location and outstanding staff — a truly fantastic hotel.

LOCATION: close to Evdilos and walking distance to some nice (free) beaches.
VIEW / POOL: very nice view on the hills and sea. The pool and seating area around it is amazing and is kept clean. Many nice plants to make it very pretty.
VILLA FACILITIES: The villa 2 was very spacious. The outside space on the terrace (downstairs and upstairs) is big as well. (The 90m2 specification must take the outside space into account as well.)
The two air conditioners for the downstairs and upstairs areas worked well.
The closet in the bedroom is big.
ACCESSIBILITY: The location is easily accessible by car and there is free parking space (I don't recommend walking the 1.6km from Evdilos at night since the streets have no lights). This property is not equipped for wheelchairs (stairs).
CONTACT: The contact number we had responded within a short time.
Nothing was really bad, but there are many details that could be improved upon and would take this property to another level. If these things are improved, we think the price tag (roughly 1080€ for 8 nights) would be more justified.
POOL: open only 12:00-20:00.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with the bare minimum: 2 oldish pots and 1 pan, a colander, basic cutlery and some glasses/cups, dish soap and a pretty old sponge. No cutting boards, no can opener, no bowls, no scissors, no spatula,...
CLEANING: Although cleaning was done every 3 days, it was not very thorough. We had dirty stairs the whole time (and no sweeping set or broom to clean it ourselves).
BATHROOM: The towels were pretty soft but lost a lot of material (which again we could not clean ourselves because of the lack of a sweeping set). The upstairs bathroom had a stained toilet and toilet seat. The drain cover on the ground is totally broken and should really be replaced.
BEDS: Although nice looking, the beds are very hard (a mattress on straight wooden boards).
In the bathroom and bedroom there is limited furniture -> some small tables / chairs would help to put your things.
LAUNDRY: There was no laundry service contrary to what is specified on the website. This information is important since the only laundry service on the island is an hour's drive away in Agios Kirikos!
WIFI: the wifi signal in villa 2 was not very strong and sometimes did not work at all. Not ideal if you need to work.
RESTAURANT / FACILITIES NEARBY: There is no restaurant on site, only for breakfast. The closest restaurants / cafés are in Evdilos at 1.6km, the closest mini market is about 500 m, the closest gas station at about 100m.
