The staff I met were very friendly. You can also ring & get through to someone should you need to. The hot tub was checked daily and the lady I spoke to was very friendly. Also the Care Taker was very nice. I liked the tablet with all the relevant info.
I didn't like the bricks crumbling on the stairs and floor. Also felt uncomfortable with the threat of a £500 deposit looming over our heads and the cost of replacing each item listed. Felt like we had to tread on egg shells a little. Although I can understand that some people can be reckless, perhaps considering customer comfort could be factored in. Lovely place though.
