Clean and well equipped including good WiFi and smart TV. Good personal communication with friendly owner. Minor problem with property was sorted out very quickly and fairly. Nice canal side walks right outside.
Although there is parking, it’s shared and rather small.

A perfect base for our weekend. At first I was concerned about the proximity to the road but it really wasn’t an issue. A super comfortable place to stay. All very clean and beautiful routes to run right on the doorstep.
The fact parking in front of the property wasn’t in fact recommended, given the busy road and need to reverse out onto it (advice only received after parking up!) Parking nearby wasn’t a big issue though.

Ease of communication with host and friendliness of them and the cleaner who arrived on our check-out date and was most accommodating as we ran a little late. Location is fantastic, with it being a stunning country walk into Guildford Town Center. We love it here and would definitely stay again.
I have stayed here many times and will stay again. It does need a little clean around the windows due to condensation, which is pretty standard in the UK due to the cold temperatures and central heating.

Appreciated the tea, coffee etc left for us. comfy beds and lovely equipment in the kitchen.
The traffic from the road was a problem for us. No outside sitting area.
