Location was great for us, garden was nice. It was very clean and comfortable beds.
Needed more bedding. Couldn’t work out the heating. Picnic table in garden would be nice.

Rooms are big, comfortable beds, sofas. Appreciate the washing machine.
Staff responded to messages fast, but not much can be done during the short stay.
Need lots of improvement... Plumbing issues (faucets that are not secured tightly to the sink, dripping shower head, and cistern). Room door that scratched the floor, difficult to open and close toilet door. Pull string toilet light at times can not turn on. The kitchen needs a good thorough cleaning. Cooking equipment and surface feels sticky, very dirty microwave, kitchen sink is too small for washing big pan provided.
Need a better set of dining chairs.. it slopes forward and does not feel safe or comfortable.
WiFi is free but slow.
Parking is difficult near the narrow, slightly steep and uneven walkway to the house. But there is parking available a short walk away. Will be a challenge with large luggage and the elderly.
Better instructions to locate the house. We had a hard time finding it in the dark from the driveway.
There is only one way out from this dead-end road... traffic can get chaotic due to the primary school directly at the other end during the start / end of school hour.
