Soak up the charm of traditional seaside life during your stay in The Little House. A short (5-6min) walk to the beach and fully equipped with everything you need after days spent walking, windsurfing, kite boarding or surfing this stunning coastline. Minutes from thriving East Wittering Village with its range of traditional shops and trendy cafes and restaurants. Famous West Wittering beach, historic Chichester and Goodwood motor circuit and racecourse are a short drive away.
The ideal couples retreat, The Little House is in the perfect location for surf-lovers, walkers or those wishing for a relaxing coastal break. Located a short walk from Bracklesham Bay Beach (5-7 mins) and close to the vibrant East Wittering village center.
On the first floor, The Little House has a king size bedroom with memory foam mattress, fresh linen and flat screen TV and a generous bathroom with shower over bath. Downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso pod machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine and gas hob/electric oven (no dishwasher).
In the cosy living room you will find a flat screen Smart TV, dining table and superfast fibre Wi-Fi. The property is dog friendly (x1 well behaved dog welcome). The house benefits from a further downstairs W/C for added convenience. Situated on a peaceful private estate, the house has access to a communal garden laid principally to lawn which guests are welcome to use. There are 2 car parking spaces on the driveway plus an electric EV charger (pay to charge) on site.
