Very clean and comfortable. Little gift on arrival. Emma mattress king-size was comfortable and good new cotton bedding. Pretty good shower. Contacted the host on arrival who was very helpful. Easy walk to beach and nice licenced cafe that also was popular in the evening (last orders for food mains at 6.30). We enjoyed our stay.
There is no garden at all.

Clean & Cosey little house 🏠 With all that was needed for a few nights away, bed very comfy. Plenty of storage.
Comfortable sized bathroom 🚽 kitchen & separate downstairs toilet was handy too.
Close to the sea 🌊 and a park which was perfect for walking the dogs & parking right outside the house. No garden 🪴 but a green just outside.
Close to a couple shops for provisions & good coffee in Goat.
Jess and Ben were very responsive by what’s app to a little hiccup with WiFi and very accommodating with an extended check out.

Very clean, great kitchen
Bathroom: Water didn't stay in bowl. A few repaint needed.
Lounge: Very uncomfortable seating. Weird little table for eating, must be hard work if 4 staying:

Location was very good as very near to the sea and a supermarket,also public transport.
Could not work the oven but we are not used to electric ovens.
