Location is amazing, the house is very large, garden backs directly onto the beach and a tennis court followed by fields out the front!

The highlight of the property is the location. Right on the beach with gate access. Special opportunity to relax on the beach after day of activity. It is a very quiet location down a private road and nestled among horse farms. It is very close to the village of East Wittering.
Kitchen was bright with relatively new appliances.
The layout is a little unconventional with the common area on the second floor. But you understand when you see the exceptional view of the water and a walkout balcony.
The group i was with are sports fans so a TV in the common area is an asset and wished there was one other than the one in one of the bedrooms.
A couple of side tables were needed to place drinks etc. or play cards.
Need to improve the creature comforts.

The Location in incredible, the tennis court is a brilliant addition, the beach is so close and not busy so so relaxing and our dog Romeo had the best with us

Fantastic location with direct access to the beach. Well maintained tennis court and close proximity to lots of lovely walks and bars and restaurants in East Wittering.
The property was quite dated and did not flow for a family. Some bedrooms could only be accessed through other bedrooms. Access to garden was through a bedroom. Property was not dog proof, either at the front or the rear. Whilst a lovely property it is arguably in need of an upgrade.
