The villa is set in a dead-end street (with new houses being built) with stunning views of the sea, golf course, and mountains. It is just 3 kilometres from the beach, 4 kilometres from the port, and 6 kilometres from the historic centre of Estepona, making it perfect for both relaxation and adventure.
The exterior of the villa is truly exceptional. The infinity pool, equipped with a child safety alarm and an outdoor shower, offers breathtaking views of the golf course and the sea. The space also includes a spacious terrace furnished with sunbeds and an umbrella for optimal relaxation. A private garden, along with an outdoor dining area featuring a Yakiniku BBQ, completes this stunning outdoor retreat.

We were very positively surprised by the house, which turned out to be even nicer in real life than in the photos. Everything was working well and it had all the facilities you could think of - all in very high standard compared to the “classic” Spanish rental houses.
Only downside was the temperature of the pool (not heated), as the water was very cold. That said, we were unlucky with the weather during our stay with lower temperatures than expected, and even some rainy days. So the cold water might feel less cold during warm summer periods.
We would highly recommend renting this villa if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place, where architecture, esthetics and sense of details are in place.

This modern villa looks brand new, with excellent furnishings and equipment. We loved the overall style of the place and things like an excellent washer and dryer and instant boiling water for tea all made the stay more comfortable. A warning for UK couples that the double beds are all two single beds pushed together, as is often the case in Spain. The staircase also isn’t suitable for those with limited mobility and all the bedrooms are downstairs. The pool heater wasn’t working during our time, which was a pity as it was super cold (late Feb), but the owner made up for that.
The villa overlooks a golf course and has distant sea views. The area is very quiet, although there is a lot of development going on not so far away, so it will become a little busier. The Wi-Fi is superb.
Overall a great place for some quiet days in a stylish place.
