About this apartment rental
Brand new and modernised elevated frontline spacious modern and luxurious 3 bed penthouse (sleeps 8) with massive outdoor terrace for al fresco dining with sunbeds, 8 seater covered dining area and a further sofa area with spectacular sea and golf course views and all day round sun. There is direct access to the enclosed children friendly communal gardens via the lift and 2 large pools, one adult, one childrens (with a further 7 communal pools in the complex) with sunbeds and umbrellas. Underground parking with lift straight to apartment door and 24hr security entrance. Puerto de la Duquesa is a pretty cosmopolitan marina which stands between 2 blue flag beaches situated between Gibraltar and Marbella with Malaga only 45 minutes away by car. The marina itself has numerous bars and restaurants with a wide choice of international cuisine. Bordering Duquesa is the larger resort of Sabinilla's, which has a very Spanish feel and where you can sample tapas in one of it's many Spanish restaurants or bars along the promenade or simply soak up the sun on the golden sandy beaches, that run as far as the eye can see. For the golfers among you, you will find several award winning golf courses within easy driving distance of the complex, the Duquesa Golf complex being the nearest which is just 2 minutes away.

12 nights in a stunning penthouse. Everything you could want is provided. Attention to detail is first class. Only 10 minute walk to marina. Sun and shade on the balcony so caters for everyone.

We've rented a few apartments over the past few years in the Duquesa/Manilva area and this tops them all.
What an absolutely stunning apartment, beautifully equipped, everything you'd need for the perfect vacation, clean, tidy and an amazing outdoor terrace with beautiful views, lovely in the morning to watch the sun appear out of the sea.
The host, Amanda was equally amazing, very attentive and ensured we were happy at all times.
If you're looking for somewhere to stay in this area you won't beat this place. 10-15min walk down the hill to the port at Duquesa and also Sabinillas and a cheap taxi ride back up if you don't fancy the walk after a couple of wines!! (Just over €8 in Sept 24).

Beautiful spacious apartment, large balcony with BBQ and stunning views.Gated community with communal pools.Great location, 15 mins walk to Duquesa Port.Host extremely helpful and responsive.Highly recommended.
