Splendid villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Located 10 minutes from the sumptuous Sotogrande marina and 20 minutes from the town of Estepona, this brand new construction is part of the luxury Bahia de las Rocas housing estate.
Carefully decorated in a modern style, the villa can accommodate up to 8 people. The large and welcoming living room and the fully equipped kitchen will make you feel at home.
The main asset is outside with its spacious terrace and lounge which overlooks the private swimming pool (12 square meters) and the garden. All with panoramic views of the horizon and the Rock of Gibraltar in the background without vis-à-vis. The residence also has its private parking for two cars. 7 minutes by car from the beach, you just have to go down the hill to reach Playa de Cala Sardina and its fine sand.

The Villa was spotless and very well maintained during our stay. We had trouble getting hold of the owner before our stay, because we are old this caused us anxiety. May be a younger person would have took no notice, but as you get older you worry more. It is made clear in the Villa description but just to re-iterate, you need to have a car to stay in this Villa. We liked the fact that the Villa was away from all the hustle and bustle, but bear in mind you are a 5 minute drive from any amenities.I feel the Villa could do with some instructions, it is a smart building with lots of clever features. It only took a search on google to understand how everything works but an idiots guide would help older guests like us.I have took the time to write this review because on the whole I was so impressed with this villa, but I feel just a couple of improvements would make such a massive difference. We would book this villa again without a seconds thought.
