Our home is 2,200 square feet so you have plenty of room for your entire family. Large, open hardwood floor kitchen and living room with bar stools, dining table and fireplace. We supply very comfortable beds and linens, 2 tv's, 2 dining areas, washer/dryer and gigabit Internet.

**Please note all stays over 30 days require a monthly cleaning, paid by the guest at our current standard cleaning rate. Guest will be contacted in order to make payment and coordinate scheduling at at time when the property is vacant so that our cleaning staff can have the best use of their time and prepare the property for the guest return.

This was the perfect place for me to bring my elderly parents and young adult children so we could visit with relatives. The shower in the master bathroom was perfect for my elderly parents. I had brought a shower chair for them, but I really didn’t need to as the shower has a small built in seat. The formal dining room was so nice. I wish we had, had an occasion to use it, but we ate out for our meals. The kitchen and living room were gorgeous too. The beds were very soft and comfortable. Communication with the owners was very good. They answered all of my questions quickly. The entire house was very clean. I would recommend this place. Oh and while there are 3 steps to get to the front door, there is also a direct/ non-step option to get to the front door from the side that connects with the driveway. This was perfect for my dad who uses a walker. All he had to do was manuever the door jam (per usually with any house). My daughter and I took a walk around the neighborhood. It was so peaceful and well manicured. We walked to the open field near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a beautiful home and the perfect home base for moving our daughter into UC Davis. Close to target and ikea which was perfect for our dorm room shopping. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Highly recommend.
