The master bedroom and two bedrooms are on the top floor, while the other two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the lower floor along with kitchen, dining, and living rooms. Stunning renovated with photographs documenting New Orleans historical past. With 3000+ square feet its plenty of space for your large group and its locations is ideal. You can walk or bike on the Jean Lafitte Greenway to the French Quarter (2.3 Miles) or choose a faster streetcar or Uber trip. Many excellent restaurants within waking distance of the unit.

The house was spacious enough for 10 people. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were fairly large. Very quiet neighborhood with grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen could definitely use more kitchen utensils and the floors were dusty. All in all the house was great would definitely stay there again.

This was ine of the best priperties ive ever stayed at. It was incredibly easy to check in, the rooms were spacious and well decorated. There was plenty of space in the common areas to gather and hang out. The best part was definitely the host. He was very attentive. Therr was a potential issuse with one of the AC that happened rignt before I checked in. He called me before I even arrived and let me know that this could be an issue and to let him know and he'd handle it. I arrived and the AC was indeed not working. So i called the property manager back to let him know. He had already called his AC guy to come and take a look. He gave me his contractor's number so we could coordinate so our evening wouldn't be disrupted. My friends and I left for dinner and by the time we got back, the AC was fixed. It was seamless and so simple. I really appreciate how the property manager handled the whole situation.

Overalll no real complaints... it served its purpose. I knowvit would be perfect for a cerain season... i wont mention until ive booked lol
